The smoked alligator arrives with confidence—great presentation, a generous portion of dark, mahogany-toned meat carrying a deep, woodsy aroma. The first bite is surprisingly tender, somewhere between pulled pork and a firm white fish, but with its own distinct character. The smokiness is pronounced without being overwhelming, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to come through—slightly sweet, a little earthy, and clean. There's a subtle chew that makes each bite feel substantial, especially when paired with a tangy dipping sauce. Then there's the 5 mac n cheese, which leans fully into indulgence. This isn't a side dish—it's a statement. Each forkful stretches with a blend of cheeses that balance sharpness, creaminess, and depth. You can pick out notes of cheddar for bite, mozzarella for melt, maybe gouda or gruyère for that nutty richness. The sauce clings thickly to every piece of pasta, baked just enough on top to create a golden crust that adds a slight crunch. It's rich—almost dangerously so—but that's exactly the point. Together, the smoked alligator and the mac n cheese create a contrast that works beautifully. The meat's smoky, slightly lean profile cuts through the heaviness of the cheese, while the mac brings comfort and decadence to the plate. It's the kind of pairing that feels both rustic and over-the-top at the same time, satisfying without trying too hard to impress—though it definitely does.

I've never had a bad thing on this menu! The duck Smashburger was absolutely delicious. We also had beef ribs... Mind blowing! Gator bites for an app where unique and well flavored, perfectly done. The cocktail program is beyond! They have a really great old-fashioned, but my personal favorite is the espresso martini with peanut butter liquor. You cannot go wrong dining here, I bring every visitor who loves meat and well flavored food here when they come to town. I also love a good brunch! And their brunch is excellent.

Fantastic! Wonderfully tender ribs in an incredible setting. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is kind and prompt. The semi-outdoor seating in an exposed wood room is gorgeous and hard to match. Will 100% be coming back!

Phenomenal dish, the branzino was flaky & moist while the crab cake was beautifully cooked.

The BBQ Lamb Burger was one the most delicious burgers I've had this year. The BBQ sauce was smokey and flavorful. My favorite part of the dish was the BEEF BACON. Just amazing 10/10!

SMOKED CARROT SALAD

This is the best salad I may have ever had. The carrots are smokey and a little sweet which really pairs nice with the crunchy, salty pistachios. We get this salad every time we come to Frontier.
