Raw Oysters On The Half Shell *
The oyster happy hour here is second to none! I've been coming for the past few years with my dad, and from presentation to flavor to service, no restaurant has even come close to Frontier.
"Land & Sea"
Absolutely amazing, breathtaking, perfect. Those are the 3 key words I would use to describe my beautiful and lovely experience ,my friends and I had. It was my birthday and we simply came in hungry and ready to enjoy ourselves and that we did. The drinks were perfect our waitress Jaylynn was phenomenal she went above and beyond. The Land and Sea dish accompanied by the veggies and duck rice pure euphoria. We have never had a dinner quite like this one before. The crab cakes, grilled octopus, and of course the empanadas, out of this world. When I woke up the morning of my birthday, I simply wished to go out be around a great welcoming and loving environment and to try dishes we couldn't even phantom, safe to say mission accomplished. Every last staff member we encountered very warming and welcoming. Safe to say we enjoyed ourselves so much we doubled back two days in a row. A true hidden gem and soon to be staple in the wicker park neighborhood.

It's was delicious and will be back to have it again!
Red Beans & Rice
The red beans and rice was great. But only Tobasco? Maybe add Crystal's to the repitoire! Otherwise, awesome atmosphere for visitors who didn't wanna miss a Saints game! Brass band is a wonderful touch!
Elk Shank*
Most underrated restaurant and dish in Chicago. Absolutely amazing how such a lean meat can turn so tender. It is satisfying and delicious---centerpiece of a gorgeous meal!
Char Grilled Oysters
Let me tell you something, this man Chef Brian Jupiter is God's greatest gift to us Chicagoans who have fallen in love with NOLA's Char-grilled oysters, but we can't hop a plane back the way we want to. These oysters I know are made with love as the garlic butter and seasonings hit just right every time. I love that I can these right here in the heart of the Midwest! My oysters were fresh and flavorful.
BBQ Lamb Burger *
Everything went well together on this burger, the lamb bacon was cooked to perfection. We had brunch on the patio and the vibes were great.
ELK SLIDER (2PC) *
Out of this world! The perfect intro to elk via sliders. My husband got a side of mac and sliders as well. Atmosphere was lovely and service was excellent.
