Spicy Pork "Boudin Noir" sausage sliders
Chef Jupiter has partnered w/ top Chicago chefs, restaurants & The Field Museum to create a dish incorporating blood for their "Bloodsuckers" Exhibit. Our house made "boudin noir" is a Louisiana style spicy boudin sausage which has been finished w/ the secret ingredient- pork blood... We are grilling the sausage on brioche slider buns w/ cheddar, pickled onions & remoulade. Blood Appetit!
