To celebrate a decade of adventurous explorations into fruit and fermentation, we chose one legendary apple varietal: the Golden Russet. We picked and pressed each one at peak ripeness resulting in a crisp, full-bodies hard cider with notes of honey, stone fruit, and Blake's orchard at sunrise.
