Smoke Sessions Series with Chef Azazi with guest Chef Roberto Rocha from Tanta.

Thursday, February 23rd, 2023 7-9pm

  $68/person (before tax/gratuity) includes four cocktails & four dishes!  

Chef Azazi's dishes:  Smoked chicken skewer with harissa & cilantro crema and Zeppole with chocolate sauce, caramel & smoked almonds. 

Chef Roberto's dishes:  48 Hrs Sous Vide Bone in Short Ribs with Norteño Sauce & cavatappi tossed in a smoky Huancaina sauce and Smoked Salmon (skin on) with basil causa, Maitake anticuchero, hearts of palm sauce & polanco caviar.
